Louisa is a Senior Associate specialising in real estate law with over 10 years’ experience of working with leading Irish law firms on all types and size of property transactions.

 

Louisa is a very competent, reliable and accomplished property lawyer who assists clients from the very outset of their involvement in a property transaction to the effective conclusion thereof.

 

Louisa has acted for vendors, developers and purchasers of various sites comprising housing developments, mixed-use developments, commercial units and has also acted for a number of landlords and tenants in respect of leased properties. Louisa has previously acted for clients in respect of renewable energy assets and data centers. Louisa has also experience dealing with the procurement of finance for clients for the purpose of acquiring properties or finance/re-finance thereof.

 

Louisa holds a Batchelor of Civil Law Degree (Honours) from University College Cork and is a dual qualified solicitor in Ireland and the UK.
