Gavin is a Senior Manager in Corporate Governance and Compliance under EY Law Ireland.

 

He is a Company Secretary and Governance advisor with over 10 years’ experience working in leading law firms in Ireland. He has also worked in-house as the named company secretary to a regulated fund service provider.

 

Gavin has Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies degree from University College Dublin. He has a Professional Diploma in Compliance from The Compliance Institute (formerly The Institute of Bankers School of Professional Finance) and a post Graduate Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.

The Companies Registration Office (“CRO”) in Ireland has indicated that from 11 June 2023, it will require directors to provide their Irish PPS numbers (PPSN) when making certain filings with the CRO.
