Louisa is a Director in EY Law Ireland’s Real Estate practice.

Louisa has extensive experience with over 13 years specialising in real estate and development law having joined EY in 2021 from a leading Irish Law Firm. Louisa has a proven track record delivering successful outcomes for clients in an effective, timely and commercial driven manner.

Louisa provides clear, well-informed and competent advice to clients to ensure their property transaction, from commencement to completion, is delivered focusing on outcome and results for clients.

Louisa advises clients in respect of real estate acquisitions, sales, lettings and finances for a variety of diverse properties acting on behalf of vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, developers, and financial institutions across several sub-sectors and properties including residential, commercial, mixed-use, social housing, renewable energy, retail, data, medical and hospitality. Louisa has considerable experience advising clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of lands designed for the purpose of residential or mixed use developments.
